Disability Arts Cymru believes that Disabled & Deaf People have an exciting and valuable contribution to make to the arts in Wales.
We are committed to working with individuals and organisations to celebrate the diversity of Disabled & Deaf People's arts and culture, and develop equality across all art forms.

Maggie Hampton Director
Maggie oversees the artistic direction of Disability Arts Cymru, working closely with Sara, Gwennan & Chris. She works with a wide range of organisations, funding bodies, local government and the Welsh Assembly, representing our members needs. Maggie advises arts organisations on issues relating to disability and the arts and leads consultancies. She is available for public speaking, workshops and seminars.
Sara Mackay Finance and Operations Director
Sara has overall responsibility for financial development and daily office, operational and financial management. Sara also co-ordinates the production of What's On and administrates the Membership Scheme.
Gwennan Young Development Manager
Gwennan's development work is all about promoting and increasing the active involvement of disabled people in the arts in Wales. Gwennan organises projects and events, and also provides support and advice for disabled artists.
Chris Tally Evans Training Co-ordinator
Chris co-ordinates and develops our training services in the arts, and provides support for our freelance trainers.
