Follow A470 entering Cardiff
Continue straight down the dual carriageway
You'll come to a big roundabout (Gabalfa roundabout)
Take 4th exit to Western Avenue (A48)
Go straight past Tesco superstore on yr left
And past UWIC (university)on your right
Keep going until you see signs to Fairwater, the Ski slope & St Fagans get into right lane
Turn right at Waungron Rd traffic lights & pass Waungron Rd BR station on your left
Straight on till you come to Fairwater Green crossroads
You'll see Fairwater pub on your left
Turn left down Cartwright Lane
Go to end of that road
Turn right into Bwlch Road
Sbectrwm is just after the second turning on the right.
The signpost to Sbectrwm is not terribly clear it also says Fairwater Community Centre! There's plenty of parking space.

Leave motorway at J33
Take A4232 towards Cardiff
Leave at first slip road signposted A48 Cardiff West
Follow A48 through Ely (Cowbridge Road West)
At roundabout go left into Western Ave (staying on A48)
Go under railway bridge, stay in left lane
Left at traffic lights into Waun-gron Road
Waun-gron Park Station is on your left
Go under another railway bridge
Straight on along St Fagan's Road
Turn 4th left into Llangattock Road
At the end of this road turn right into Bwlch Road
Entrance to Sbectrwm is a couple on hundred yards down on your right. It's marked Sbectrwm sign also says Fairwater Community Centre.
There is plenty of space for parking, and three bays are marked for disabled drivers near the entrance.

From M4 take J29 & follow A48 towards Cardiff South & East
Keep going for several miles along the along A48
Ignore all signs turning off to various bits of Cardiff
You'll see Cardiff University Hospital on your right (There are low speed limits on the dual carriageway near here)
You'll eventually go past a big Tesco on your left, and then past UWIC (University) on your right
After Tesco's and UWIC, keep in right lane, but straight on
Keep going straight on until you see signs to Fairwater & St Fagans
You will also see brown signs to the Museum of Welsh Life & Cardiff Ski slope.
Turn right off A48 into Waungron Road which becomes St Fagan's Rd
You'll go under a railway bridge, and you'll see Waungron Park British rail station on your left
Go straight on till you come to Fairwater Green crossroads
You'll see The Fairwater pub on your left
Turn left down Cartwright Lane
Go to end of Cartwright Lane
Turn right into Bwlch Road
Sbectrwm is just after the second turning on the right.
There's plenty of parking space.
