Disability Arts Cymru regularly organises project work in order to provide opportunities for Disabled & Deaf People to develop their skills in the arts. We also work in partnership with other organisations on arts related projects.

2006/07: The Unusual Stage School
Disability Arts Cymru's first 11-day residential acting course for aspiring disabled actors.
An exciting series of events which brought new disability-led art forms and established international artists to Wales.
2005: After Dark Deaf Arts Cabaret & Workshops
On Friday 14th October 2005 at Newport's new arts centre, The Riverfront, some of the world's finest Deaf performers came together to lead Masterclass Workshops and take part in a fantastically entertaining After Dark Cabaret.
2004: Disability Arts Cymru Launch
On 20th October 2004 at the Swansea Grand Theatre, we were very pleased to launch the new name for Arts Disability Wales - Disability Arts Cymru
A four-day disability arts project by Chris Tally Evans working in partnership with Arts Disability Wales.
2003/04: The Write Stuff & Hidden Dragons
This writing project culminated in the publication of Hidden Dragons: New Writing by Disabled People in Wales, edited by Allan Sutherland and Elin ap Hywel.
This star-studded evening of music and comedy included some of the UK's best disabled performers. The evening celebrated our 21st Birthday, and Cardiff and Vale Coalition of Disabled People's 10th Birthday.
2001/03: cADWyn Postcard Project
A postcard competition and touring exhibition for disabled visual artists and craftspeople based in Wales
A touring exhibition of disability arts posters.
